Instructions for CIA-I

Greetings Sophomore Students,

We have started our Online Class from 3rd August, 2020. It’s been a three month so far, I hope this new pedagogy has enable you to reach the new learning and futuristic approach of education. Now, it is time to assess your capability of understanding lessons of different subject. Therefore we are going to conduct the Continuous Internal Assessment-I on 20th October, 2020. The Time Table of the exam is attached here below.

Instructions to Remember:

  • This exam is conducted for 50 Marks, the duration is 2 Hours in the forenoon between 10AM to 12AM.
  • You have to write in an A4 sheet
  • Attend all the questions, write page number in top of the corner
  • You will be given front page to paste along with your answer scripts
  • Answer scripts should be captured as images and converted into PDF format
  • The mode of sending Answer Sheets (soft copy) will be intimated to you by subject In-charge

Updated Points:

  • On 17.10.2020 you will have a Mock Internal Exam
  • 19.10.2020 Normal exam
  • Tomorrow and Day after Tomorrow you have study holidays, during these days kindly prepare for your exams
  • You have to use pure A4 Sheets for writing, there should not be any designs or margins
  • You have to mention page numbers in every pages on the right top side corner
  • You should mention your sign at the right below of the every page
  • Take several print outs of the Front Page, and you have to send the hard copies of your Answer Script to the college address
  • PDF File format should be strictly followed, otherwise we will not accept your file
  • Email IS's of each subject will be given to you soon, send your script accordingly
  • Question papers will be sent to your WhatsApp group, and you should acknowledge it by mentioning your Reg. number.
  • File Format: Eg: 19UEN4441_19UEN05_19.10.2020
  • In case if you want to have clear idea, call me or any one of your seniors, who already done writing the online exam
