Marshall Bruce Mathers aka EMINEM, when I heard it at first it sounds like a distinctive trend. And this man is a one; I was introduced to his music by my friend ten years ago. The first song that goes to my heart through headphone was LOSE YOURSELF. Isn't the title itself making you think in reverse?? Yes, this guy and his songs have the entire propensity to transfigure your attitude. His outfit, appearance everything galvanized me personally. He supersede my mobile wallpaper, Facebook profile picture even the Google theme. I was enormously influenced by him. I had started to wear hoodies, and long t-shirts like him. A huge amount of good things happened in my life through his music. Substantially his music made my language improved. My mind filled up with his song lyrics. One of my friend who even took print out of a song called "Beautiful" and we both used to sing in my hostel room. However I am terrible at singing. The craze for Eminem grew day by day.

In those days we do not have smart phone, we had a Mobile with only 3G connectivity, topup for 5 Rupees internet pack and browse at the weekends. I used to download his songs. If I successfully downloaded one song it gave me immense pleasure for the whole day. And I used to listen to that song every time. While I was play that lyrics became motivating mantra, it echoed inside my head. Without stop listening myself alone, I suggest all my juniors and my friends to listen his songs, everybody started to like him actually. So, that is how I grew up alongside his music. Eminem is the best selling music artist of all time. He sold 47.4 million albums and 107.5 million singles in America. Eminem has over ten billion views of his music videos on YouTube Vevo page, and in 2014 Spotify named him the most-streamed music artist of all time.

Eminem had his big break in 1997 when we traveled to Los Angeles to compete in the Rap Olympics competition. Although he came in second place, his performance impressed the managers at Interscope Records who passed his name to Dr. Dre. And through him he was introduced into the mainstream, in collaboration with Dre they have made amazing songs worth mentioning is I Need a Doctor. The lyric is literally a dedication to his mentor and his everything. Eminem was not achieved everything just like that, he was exceptional and remarkable white rapper. Because he arrived into the rapping era when it was get hold by the Black rappers like Tupac and Biggie aka Notorious B. I. G. He was started from scratch, mentioned all his life struggles in his songs. That gave me a motivation to face my own problems in my life. Eminem won the Academy Award for Best Original Song at the 75th Academy Awards for his single ‘Lose Yourself’, which was on the 8 Mile soundtrack. Eminem was not expecting to actually win the award. He was so sure of this that he skipped the awards ceremony and chose to spend the night simply hanging with his daughter. He acted only in this film. The film was a hit both commercially and critically. It opened with the second highest earnings for an R-rated movie in the US at the time and critics praised Eminem. He entered into Rap kingdom across many bullies now he is the King of all.
